SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please see individual items for processing times. During SALE or holiday period’s items may take a little longer to ship out but this will be clearly indicated in the announcements on the front page.

All orders are shipped fully insured with trackable shipping. You can find your approximate delivery times and dates on your Etsy purchase page, under track package.

CANADA - All orders are tracked and insured up to $100.00, you can upgrade your shipping if needed at checkout.

USA – All orders are tracked and insured up to $100.00, you can upgrade your shipping if needed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL – All orders are tracked and insured up to $100.00

POSTAL DELAYS - Please note that delivery times and rates are those indicated by Canada Post. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs or postal service delays. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for information.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Shipping costs for returns/exchanges/repairs are the responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned in good condition, not worn and it is the responsibility of the customer to repack the item & ship items back in its original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for any loss in an item/s total value.

RETURNS & REFUNDS - I accept returns and will refund within 14 days of your shipping date. Refunds are for the item amount, not the shipping cost and will process after the item/s are returned in their original condition & packaging, Buyers are responsible for all return shipping/customs fees.

 

USA RETURNS - Only use USPS cost is approximately $14.00 USD - make sure to declare as a RETURN (“Made in Canada, Return for refund”) If the item arrives with any import charges I will REFUSE the item and have it returned back to you.

CANADA/INTER. RETURNS - Please send with tracking.

 

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS INCLUDE -

Earrings due to hygiene and custom orders are not refundable. Sale items are all final sale. If an item does not fit properly I'm happy to resize it.

RETURNED TO SENDER - Check your shipping address. I can reship but you will need to pay for reshipping and any customs fees paid on the returned package.

RESIZING & REPAIRS

​

In cases of breakage, I will investigate the issue. If breakage is due to a part, component or craftsmanship failure, I will repair or replace the item. Customers will need to purchase the return shipping once your item is fixed & ready to ship back to you. I will send you a custom link for purchase.

REPAIRS - Buyer must return item/s to me, with all or most of its parts and components. Items returned for repair with missing components/parts may incur extra charges, buyers are responsible for any loss in the item/s total value.

RESIZING - I can resize items, multiple resizing may incur extra charges. See all listing photos for how to size and measure items before you order, I provide a guide for every item.
 

PAYMENT

All transactions are processed securely through Renascent Studios's Etsy store. We except all major credit cards and Paypal.  Even if you do not have an account, with Paypal you can safely and easily pay with all major credit cards or your debit card.
