SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please see individual items for processing times. During SALE or holiday period’s items may take a little longer to ship out but this will be clearly indicated in the announcements on the front page.
CANADA - Standard shipping is free throughout Canada and it typically takes 5-8 days. You can upgrade your shipping to include tracking for an extra fee at check out.
USA – Typically takes 1-2 weeks. All orders are tracked and insured up to $100.00. You can upgrade your shipping to be expedited 3-5 Business Days- No Guarantee or Express 2-3 Business Days – Guaranteed, for an extra fee at check out.
INTERNATIONAL – Typically takes 2-4 weeks. All orders are sent via air mail and are not tracked.
Please note that delivery times and rates are those indicated by Canada Post. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
I declare a package "missing" after 60 days of the shipping date domestically and 90 days on international orders. This is so your package has time to get back to me.
All packages sent out have my return address so if there are any problems with the delivery of your item then your order would be making it's way back to me and I will contact you once I have received it.
Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. Please contact me if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.
I accept returns & exchanges and if needed I'm happy to repair or resize your piece at no extra charge for the first 6 months. You will need to pay the postage both ways but the service is free. After 6 months fee's will occur, contact me for an estimate.
I accept returns within 14 days of shipping date with a full refund minus the shipping charges (only for non customized pieces)
Non Refundable Items Include -
Earrings due to aesthetics and all custom items, such as initial rings or hand stamped pieces (made to order) are not refundable. Sale items are all final sale. If an item does not fit properly I'm happy to resize it.
All items must be in good condition, not worn and it is the responsibility of the customer to repack the item & ship it back in its original condition and packaging.
Shipping costs for returns/exchanges/repairs are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund, exchange or repair will process after I receive your returned package. I will refund only the amount for your item, not the shipping costs.
All items are handmade and made to order, so please allow for slight variations.
